3PE anticorrosive steel pipe-anticorrosive coating is very important for the service life of buried pipelines. Some pipelines of the same material are buried underground for decades without corrosion, while others leak for several years. Because they use different external anticorrosive coatings.
3PE anticorrosion generally consists of three layers:
A layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100um)
Two-layer adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250 um
Three-layer polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7 mm
In practice, the three materials are mixed and integrated into a whole, and after processing, they are firmly combined with steel pipes to form an excellent anticorrosive coating. Its processing methods are generally divided into winding type and round die coating type.
Advantages of 3PE anticorrosive steel pipe
The coating of 3PE anticorrosive steel pipe is that the bottom layer is epoxy powder anticorrosive coating in contact with the steel pipe surface, and the middle layer is copolymer adhesive with branched functional groups. The surface layer is a high-density polyethylene anticorrosive coating. 3PE anticorrosive steel pipe coating, namely (three-layer polyethylene anticorrosive coating), is a new anticorrosive steel pipe coating produced by skillfully combining European 2PE anticorrosive coating with epoxy powder anticorrosive steel pipe coating (FBE) widely used in North America. It has been recognized and used all over the world for more than ten years.
3PE Inspection Process of Anticorrosive Steel Pipe
Firstly, the anticorrosion steel pipe is inspected, and the steel pipe is inspected according to various conditions, so that it can meet the requirements for manufacturing insulation steel pipe. Check whether the steel pipe is corroded, check and remove the embroidery on the steel pipe. The next step is to sleeve the steel pipe after rust removal and corrosion protection in polyethylene casing, and carry out pipe piercing molding. However, after the head repair, polyurethane foam is injected into it, and the gap should be fully filled to make it fully filled. Inspect anticorrosive steel pipes, and inspect the finished insulated steel pipes.
3PE anticorrosive steel pipe parent material needs to inspect and record the steel pipe entering the pipe inlet platform before anticorrosive treatment, and then carry out shot blasting and derusting on the outer surface of the steel pipe. Then, check whether the cleanliness and anchor depth of the outer surface of the steel pipe meet the requirements, and if it fails to meet the requirements, grind and repair it by hand grinding wheel, wind adhesive paper on the pipe end, treat it with dust, heat it to the required temperature at intermediate frequency, spray epoxy powder, wind it on the side of adhesive extruder, wind it on the side of PE extruder, cool the anticorrosive pipe with water, and make qualified products.
