Three Layers Polypropylene Anti-corrosion Coating Pipe (3LPP)
Three layers polypropylene anti-corrosion coating (3LPP) is composed of FBE layer, AD layer and PP layer. Good cohesiveness between the epoxy coating and the metal pipe body, strong cathodic disbonding resistance ability, chemical resistance.
Compared with Three layers polyethylene anti-corrosion coating (3LPE), it can apply to the higher temperature, life is longer under high temperature, peel strength and indentation hardness are better, adaptive temperature of impact resistant is more widely.
	Main material & Performance
	 
	Composed of epoxy resin, curing agent and accessional materials, forming one-component thermosetting powder coating.
	 
	Composed of linear low density polyethylene and antioxidants, forming copolymer adhesive.Its structure and low density polyethylene layer are similar, both higher bonding strength.
	 
	Composed of polypropylene, graphite and modified filler, etc. Chemical performance is good, almost no water absorption. The mechanical properties are better than polyethylene except impact resistance. It has high heat resistance, continuous working temperature can reach 110-120 ℃.
