Three Layers Polyethylene Anti-corrosion Coating Pipes (3LPE)
Three layers polyethylene anti-corrosion coating (3LPE) is composed of FBE layer, AD layer and PE layer. Good cohesiveness between the epoxy coating and the metal pipe body, strong cathodic disbonding resistance ability, chemical resistance, at the same time, have mechanical protection feature of extruded polyethylene anticorrosion layer, such as high mechanical strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and cold resistance.
Up to now, Three layers polyethylene anti-corrosion coating (3LPE) pipe has occupied a dominant position in the pipeline anticorrosion.
Main material & Performance
Composed of epoxy resin, curing agent and accessional materials, forming one-component thermosetting powder coating.
Composed of linear low density polyethylene and antioxidants, forming copolymer adhesive.Its structure and low density polyethylene layer are similar, both higher bonding strength.
Composed of polyethylene, graphite and induced oxidation paint, etc. It has strong stress crack resistance ability, reducing moisture and oxygen permeability effectively, and mechanical properties strength is high, scratch resistance, wear resistance.
