Glory Tube's spiral submerged arc welded line pipe production line adopts the most advanced welding process technology, namely two-step production process, the SSAW line pipes are firstly formed into a pipe body and continuous tack-welded at high speed, in the second process step the SSAW line pipes are subsequently finally submerged arc welded and that gives a higher quality weld compared with other SSAW production method. The welding process eliminates the tensile stress on the welding seam during pipe forming welding and submerged arc welding, with good weld quality, stable welded joint performance and high production efficiency.
