2S corrosion resistance premium connection casing is seal lock joint casing used for oil and gas exploitation under H2S corrosion condition.
Pipe body is produced with Cr-Mo steel billet that can resist H2S stress corrosion and the component of billet is on our Glory Tube’s self research. Such Cr-Mo steel billet has high hardenability and tempering stability, so when tempered under specific temperature, small and uniform tempered sorbite can be obtained. And through fine adjustment of the composition and heat treatment, hardness and strength can fully meet corresponding requirement for different steel grade. The biggest failure risk of casing and tubing served in H
2S contained wells is sulfide stress corrosion cracking. Glory Tube develops a series of casing and tubing with favorable sulfide resistance performance, which is produced by Cr-Mo steel. The steel has high hardenability and tempering stability, and obtains ultra–fine and homogeneous tempered sorbite under certain tempering conditions. Its hardness and strength fully meet the different grades through the fine–tuning of chemical compositions and heat treatment parameters.
